Hello Spangles, they are really easy to make, no baking required! You buy mint slice biscuits, jaffas for the nose, cochnas (little silver or colour balls for the eyes), mint leaves for the ears and some chocolate icing to stick everything on.
Put on the nose with icing Cut the mint leave in half and put on the ears with icing and then put a little bit of icing at the top of the nose and put on the eyes. Like the tea cup biscuits I make, they are so easy to make and the little ones can help out which is good fun and there is no baking required!!
I grew up in Melbourne and lived in London for a few years where I met the love of my life, my now Hubbie and Father of our beautiful son. I work from home part time and lead a happy life. I have a passion for creating, be it baking, sewing, knitting or anything crafty. I bake many cakes for special events. I love to find vintage outfits at Op Shops and also love to create something from nothing - love to purchase anything from an Op Shop and turn it into something special.
