Everybody Needs Good Neighbours

We are soooo lucky, we have wonderful neighbours in our Street. We all get together for a BBQ/drink every other month. We all pass on bits and pieces to one another. Today, Niki gave me some carrotts that she didn't want - she had too many and did not want them to go to waste. So I created two carrott cakes from these, one for Niki for the generous donation of carrotts and one for us. From the carrotts I made these cakes, above is the cake mix before the final product!
