Busy in November

November has been a busy month. We are very lucky to have Nanny Pat and Grandad here with us from the UK :-)
Boncie and I made these mince pies from the mince we made earlier this year Here's the mince

We also made shortbreads

I've found the best butter in the World!! It's simply the best taste for baking such things as shortbread and cakes

Nanny Pat and Grandad gave Boncie his new bunk beds for his Birthday. He LOVES them so much - he could not stop telling us all how much he loved them!!!! Thank you Nanny Pat and Grandad

Poor Alley Cat jumped up on the bench just as I was sparking the gas hobbs - he is now missing a few whiskers and some of them are rather Dali like! Went to a fab craft market in North Melbourne where our beautiful friend Cath was selling her clever creations. Picked up this Mobble Gobble (Cath's business) top and matching hair ties for Emily. Boncie also picked up a beautiful hand made flower broach made by Dusty (shown above the top below) - thank you clever ladies :-)

Also picked up this original 1969 kids shirt which was still in its pack! Boncie doesn't look so impressed below wearing it but it looks ace on!

Our House :-)

We have sold our house to a lovely couple and their little girl, who are moving to Yarraville from Prahran. We hope you love Yarraville and our house as much as we have :-)
We have purchased a new house in Mount Macedon! Here are the front gates leading into a horse shoe drive way to our new house carport in front garden

This is our new house in Mount Macedon - It's amazing how much more you get for your $$ out in the Macedon Ranges - even in Mount Macedon, compared with Yarraville. Yarraville is however only 5km's from the city, compared with here which is approx. 50km's......this is a pic we took from the back of our backyard, looking at the back of our house - Boncie LOVES the slide!!!!!!
