Mince Pie Mix
The final piece to Christmas prep. in September.....the mince pie meat for the mince pies! Now time for the Christmas cake, pud and mince to rest for a few months. Most of our Xmas shopping is also complete!! Early I know but I just don't do the shops in December.....far to crazy for me!!

yum, yum, yum. I am very impressed with your organisation. Think I will start my prep next week. I still have a jar of mincemeat left from last year - it looks OK... I wonder if it is. Plenty of alcohol so it should be preserved OK. Know what you mean about shops in December - totally to be avoided. I too have done most of my shopping. Will try to finish in next 2 weeks before I go back to work and then anything else is strictly online!
I can't wait to eat all my home made goodies come xmas. I'm not really that organised, I think given I have Monday and Tuesday's off I've been able to knock off all the xmas stuff. Normally I'm not that organised!
I hate doing shopping in December, the shops are mad! Gotta love on line shopping for those last minute things!!
